Links To Other Services
The client must pass on comments and feedback on a project milestone within 3 working days after submission in order for Visense to follow the agreed delivery schedule. In case the comments and feedback are supplied later than within 3 days after submission, Visense has the right to review the initially agreed delivery schedule and provide the client with revised turnaround dates.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
